With an increased profile, the NS88 Front generally provides for stiffer riding and makes it easier to hold top speed when you’re riding flat out.
Rider confidence is key though -a front wheel this deep will catch front winds. When a front 88 is paired with the ultimate race companion, the NS Disc, this is (together with the Tri-spoke) the biggest aerodynamic advantage you can give your setup. This set up is not recommended for climbers and decenders -it’s a straight line weapon only. Most often seen on time trial, and long distance triathlon set ups.
Every component in the NS-Road line design has been carefully evaluated on its ability to absorb impact and vibration, minimise overall weight and deliver great gains in aero efficiency. As a result, responsive-stiff-lightweight wheels are now accessible to all of us. We challenged status quo and did the unthinkable: increasing both performance and affordability.
